If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for your refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund postage costs for non-faulty products.
Nirvana Natural makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, please contact Customer Services on 01494 883895 or email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
If your purchase from Nirvana Natural is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order and can take up to 14 days to process.
For any other delivery issues, please inform us within 60 days of your purchase.
Delivery is FREE on all UK orders of £40 and over. For orders £8.00 and under postage & packaging is £1.99. Orders over this and up to £39.99, P&P is £2.99. We also offer UK same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm for £6.95. For Saturday delivery, please get in touch by phone or email. We ship Worldwide as well!
You may cancel your order by informing us of this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the following address:
